Where do we produce?
All UGOKI garments have been designed in Barcelona and produced between Spain and Portugal.
Composition and care
We recommend following our care instructions for each garment to ensure the product’s good condition. You can find all information about the composition and washing of UGOKI items on each product page.
Size guide
At UGOKI, we do not define our sizes according to the body but according to the garment. We believe that each person is different, which is why we provide garment measurements instead of body measurements. Depending on your fit preference, you can decide which size to get.
Do we have products in stock?
Yes, at UGOKI, we produce limited units of each reference that are ready to ship immediately. In case a product sells enough, we proceed to produce more and it will be available for purchase again once it is available.
When will I receive my order?
We will confirm your order via email once the purchase process is completed. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new email with the tracking link. UGOKI offers global shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Europe: 1 – 5 business days
Rest of the world: 1 – 8 business days

I have not received my order
You can check the status of your package by visiting the link provided in the purchase confirmation email. If the expected business days for the delivery of your order have elapsed and you have not received it, please contact help@ugoki.eu
Exchange and return policy
Any item can be returned for a size or item exchange within 30 days of receipt. To ensure eligibility, the products to be returned must be unused and in excellent condition. UGOKI reserves the right to reject any item that is not in such condition. There will also be no exchanges or returns for garments that have been worn or washed and do not retain their original tags.
In the case of a size or item exchange, UGOKI will cover the shipping costs.
In the case of a return, the customer must cover the shipping costs.

Refunds
Returned orders may take between 1 and 7 days to process. A confirmation will be sent by email when the return is completed. The refund will always be credited to the customer’s original form of payment. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.
Order status
UGOKI orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We will confirm your order via email once the purchase process is completed. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new email with the tracking link to check the status of your package.

UGOKI accepts the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal, Apple Pay, Bizum, Google Pay, and Shop pay.
Order invoice
Once your purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order invoice attached.
